For when you want someone in your corner.
Knowing what to do is one thing. Having someone in your corner every week to make sure it actually happens is another. You’ll have a weekly focus call with Needed Futures. We’ll hear what the business is dealing with, give input on priorities, and check that everything being done connects to the problem we're solving. Where the work is creative, Needed Futures will review the output, manage the people producing it and push back when something isn't right.
Occasionally we write. More often we shape.
From £2,250 a month.
The weekly call is the constant, and the rest of the days go where the work needs them.
Busy month? Extra days can be added, agreed in advance subject to availability.
Three-month minimum, then one month's notice.

Needed Futures can take it on.
Every project starts with a Discovery, because even excellent execution can solve the wrong problem. From there we build the project architecture: the narrative, the structure, the phasing and the people it needs. Needed Futures manages everything from kick-off to final delivery, bringing in the right specialists at the right time, so you're paying for the people you need only when you need them.
Priced by project. Agreed after your Discovery, with the specialists outlined if required. You know the estimated total before we start.
Any change to scope is agreed before extra work begins.
